AI Psychonauts offers digital downloadable products, including but not limited to PDF guides, prompt collections, and educational materials related to AI-generated music and creative tools.

All products are delivered digitally via email immediately following successful payment confirmation.

3. Merchant of Record and Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

This means:

  • Paddle is the seller of record and processes all payments on our behalf
  • All payment transactions are handled securely through Paddle’s platform
  • Customer service inquiries related to billing, payments, and refunds should be directed to Paddle

Your payment relationship is with Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use available at: https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the product page. Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax where required by law, which is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.

We accept payment methods supported by Paddle, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an automated email containing a secure download link to your digital product
  • Download links are valid for 30 days and may be used up to 5 times
  • You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files

6. Right to Cancel and Refunds

Important Notice for Digital Products:

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • By downloading or accessing your digital product, you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period
  • Once a digital file has been downloaded, the purchase is considered complete and final
  • Refunds are generally not available after download has occurred

Exceptions:

  • If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests for technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

7. License and Usage Rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, prompts, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of AI Psychonauts or its content creators. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Psychonauts and its operators provide digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Results obtained from using our AI prompts or guides
  • Content generated by third-party AI platforms (e.g., Suno, ChatGPT)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
